In addition to production, Frandesa owns a unique set of laboratory equipment, which our own chemical laboratory owns its success to.
The laboratory performs quality control of Frandesa products and incoming raw materials used in production. The Frandesa laboratory was accredited in pesticide analysis and has the right to perform all the necessary tests in his area, in accordance with the international CIPAC methods, as well as analyze formulations in development and in production, in accordance to the FAO international requirements to pesticide quality.
Technical configuration of our laboratory is one of our chief concerns. When it comes to its laboratory’s equipment, Frandesa leaves behind nearly all laboratories in the Republic of Belarus. This does not come as a surprise: our laboratory was equipped by modern applications, produced by major global manufacturers, including companies from Japan and USA.
A laser particle-size analyzer is our laboratory's pride. None of the companies manufacturing plant protection agents in Belarus, own such a device.
Its unique property is an ability to analyze size of particles in a formulation. After that, particle sizes are compared to the plant’s pores sizes. This enables us to calibrate a formulation’s particles to the necessary size during production, and ensure that the formulation is better suited to infiltrate plant pores so that its biological effect and ability to function is maximized.
