We strive to achieve success only by ways that lead to peoples' hearts and grounded in ethical norms and respect, in environmental awareness. That is why since the moment our company has been incorporated, social and charity programs became its integral part.

Personal example is the best example! Providing its workers with safe and comfortable working environment is a key aspect of Frandesa's human resources policy. To implement it further, we work continuously to mechanize production processes. And surely many would envy amenities that we provide to our staff at their workplaces! There is a separate building for personnel facilities, including wardrobes, a thoroughly equipped dining room, cozy recreation room and a lot of other conveniences.

We constantly promote sports and physical training among our employees. To advocate active life, Frandesa sponsors a volleyball team of the same name. The volleyball players are the whole company’s darlings. They lay in entertaining style and post consistently high results. For several years the Frandesa team is among the leaders of the regional amateur Volleyball League!

However, a healthy, successful society depends not only on physical condition. Major social and public organizations are also an object of Frandesa's attention and care. In good faith and with great pleasure we help education, healthcare, religious organizations. Frandesa provides financial support to the Saint Christ-and-Christmas Church, Administration of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism, the "Bereza" football club, Water Rescue Society, Bereza department of education, the 5th City Clinical Hospital, the Belarusian Peace Fund.
